Utilizing a gravity drain (with an optional drain pump available) and a unique fractional freezing system, the ice from this machine contains much less mineral content than cubes from most commercial ice makers. That leaves you with pure, unadulterated nuggets of frosty refreshment to enjoy in your lemonade or cocktails.
