Stainless Steel Coil For Jockey Box – 120′ Length

Whether you’re adding to a jockey box kit or making your own DIY jockey box, you’re going to need coils. These extremely long, 120′ coils gives your jockey box maximum cooling power.

Place this coil inside your and use the included hex nut, ferrule, and grommet to attach it to a standard beer for hassle-free dispensing in a high volume, continuous pouring situation. It’s calibrated to offer the appropriate amount of restriction to ensure that your beer is effortlessly delivered with the proper amount of foam.

Jockey box coils are designed to cool your beer as it travels through the coil. Our longest designed 120′ coil means that the beer takes longer to travel through the coils and there is more surface area for your beer to be cooled by the ice water bath, meaning your beer will be as cold as possible when it reaches your glass.

In 3/8″ joined with 1/4″ outside diameter, these coils are the right size for the beer traveling through the coils of this jockey box kit. Set up your jockey box no more than 10 feet from your ice cold keg. Attach the beer line from the top of the keg coupler to the cooler coupling, and the air line from the outlet barb on the CO2 regulator to other side of the coupler. Adjust the keg regulator to 40-60 PSI based on your setup. Keep both the jockey box coils and keg cold throughout to avoid foaming (no more than 40° F).
